These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoAtlas ("GoAtlas," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile experiences, and travel consultation services. By creating an account or otherwise using GoAtlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or book a consultation on GoAtlas. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
GoAtlas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without our written permission.
GoAtlas's travel consultation service connects you with our team for personalized trip-planning advice via live chat, voice call, video call, or email. Consultations are advisory in nature — we help you plan and make informed decisions, but the final choices (bookings, purchases, itinerary decisions) are yours.
Consultation availability, format, and any associated fees are as described on the Experts page at the time of booking. We'll do our best to honor confirmed booking times, but availability isn't guaranteed until confirmed.
GoAtlas may recommend, link to, or facilitate connections with third-party travel providers — hotels, airlines, tour operators, insurance providers, eSIM services, and similar. These providers are independent of GoAtlas, and any bookings, purchases, or contracts you enter into with them are solely between you and that provider.
GoAtlas is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any third-party travel service, and we encourage you to review each provider's own terms before booking.
Where GoAtlas charges for a service (such as a paid consultation tier), pricing will be clearly shown before you confirm. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers; GoAtlas does not store your full payment card details.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies for consultations will be provided at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the policy in effect at the time of your booking.
All content on GoAtlas — including text, guides, graphics, logos, and the GoAtlas name and mark — is owned by GoAtlas or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our branding or content without permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
When using GoAtlas, you agree not to:
GoAtlas is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep destination information, pricing estimates, and guides accurate and current, travel conditions change — we don't guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. Always verify critical details (visa requirements, entry rules, safety advisories) directly with official sources before you travel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoAtlas and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses related to travel bookings made with third parties, missed flights, cancelled trips, or travel disruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to GoAtlas is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using GoAtlas and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the platform poses a risk to GoAtlas or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoAtlas is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where changes are significant, we'll provide additional notice. Continuing to use GoAtlas after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
